Fence

Fence Permit issued pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 90 of the Rye City Code to erect fence(s) on the above-referenced property as per plan submitted by the applicant dated 09/04/2026 The "good" side of the fence shall face neighboring properties and streets. The City at its sole discretion may require the applicant or current property owner to provide an "as-built" survey upon project completion to verify fence location on the subject property or compliance with other requirements of Chapter 90.
