Fence

Fence Permit issued pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 90 of the Rye City Code to erect fence(s) on the above-referenced property as per plan submitted by the applicant dated 9/08/2026. The "good" side of the fence shall face neighboring properties and streets. The City at its sole discretion may require the applicant or current property owner to provide an "as-built" survey upon project completion to verify fence location on the subject property or compliance with other requirements of Chapter 90.
