Generator

Generator permit issued to install a 26 KW Generac Natural Gas Generator as per approved plan and application subject to the following:* Generator shall be located at least 10 feet from any side or rear property line and 5 feet (or more depending on manufacture's specifications) on from any window, door or other opening. * A licensed electrician shall file an electrical permit and the final electrical inspection certificate shall be filed with the City Building Department.* A licensed plumber shall file a permit and call for an inspection by the City Building Department.* There shall be no operation of the generator until a final inspection is conducted by the City Building Department upon project completion.
