Mechanical Permit Issued For The Installation of a Jetson Air cold-climate air-source heat pump (3-ton) replacing the existing furnace/AC system. Scope includes: disconnect and remove existing furnace; install Jetson Cold-Climate Heat Pump condenser (Model HP-36ODU-001) and air handler (Model HP-36IDU-001 ); install mounting base/stand for condenser to meet local code; modify supply/return ductwork at air handler; associated electrical work for condenser and air handler circuits, performed by a licensed electrician. No change to building exterior appearance, footprint, or structure.
