HVAC to be submitted and reviewed under a separate permit application.\nB. Fire Sprinklers to be submitted and reviewed, and a separate permit application.\nC. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, an as-built FEMA elevation\ncertification must be provided by a NYS licensed surveyor.\nD. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, an as – built construction\ncompliance certification is required by the NYS licensed design professional of\nrecord. The certification must specify that the as-built construction complies with\nsection R306 of the 2025 NYSRC and all applicable sections of the 2025 NYSRC.
