7 FERNWOOD AVE

Filed October 30, 2025·City of Rye· CLOSED

Surface Water Control / Engineering Review as requested to disconnect sump pumps discharge from the public sewer system and connect to on site water retention system. The site is in the 100 yr\nflood zone with established flood elevation of 13. The site is also within the coastal zone with\ntidal waters rising and subsiding and the average high water tide (AHWT)at elevation of 8\nfeet. It is estimated that basement floor elevation is bellow AHWT and bellow the AE flood\nelevation, thus, it is not possible to estimate the water quantity for retention system design\npurposes. The Cultic units are proposed and sized to maximum extend possible. Maximum\none(1) Cultic 330 HD unit can be installed on this property meeting all the setback\nrequirements. No area for more.
