ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Remove chimney down below the roof line. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' up on the eaves/valleys, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, pipe flashing, open ridge/install venting system, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and OC Duration shingles (COLOR TBD).
