ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' up from the eaves, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashings, plumbing vent pipes, ridge venting system, starter/cap/ridge/hip shingles and TBD OC Duration or GAF Timberline shingles (COLOR TBD). Install (3) new Velux fixed glass skylights. Install new plywood on semi flat roof and install new 2 ply self adhering rolled roofing over new plywood.
