ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing/fascia if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' up from the eaves/3' in the valleys, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashings, plumbing vent pipes, ridge venting system, starter/cap/ridge/hip shingles and OC Duration shingles (COLOR ONYX BLACK).
