ROOFING

Remove existing shingles down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, flashing, ice and water shield on lower 6' of all eaves/valleys/critical areas, synthetic underlay on the remainder of the roof, ridge vent, starter/cap/ridge shingles and GAF HDZ shingles (HOLLOW GREY).
