Remove existing shingles down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, (2) rows of ice and water shield up from the eaves/gables ends/valleys/critical areas, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashing, ridge vent, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and new shingles.
