ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, flashing, ice and water shield 6' up the eaves/valleys/critical areas, synthetic underlay on the remainder of the roof, remove existing skylights, install new Velux fixed skylights, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and new OC Duration shingles.
