ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace all of the existing plywood with new. Install new drip edge, (2) rows of ice and water shield/valleys, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashing, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and G A F shingles (COLOR CHARCOAL).
