ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 9' up on all eaves/ under valleys, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashing, open ridge and install venting, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles (COLOR WILLIAMSBURG GRAY). New 5' seamless gutter & downspouts.
