ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing/fascia if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' up on all eaves/valleys, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashing, open ridge and install venting, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and OC Duration shingles (COLOR SIERRA GRAY).
