ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. All new sheathing. Install new drip edge, flashings, ice and water shield 6' up all eaves/valleys/critical areas, synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof, ridge vent, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and IKO Dynasty shingles (COLOR BLACK). Remove chimney to below the soffit and repair area where the chimney used to be.
