Remove existing house roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' up from all eaves/3' in the valleys/penetrations/critical areas, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashing, plumbing vent pipes, ridge cap and venting, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and OC Duration shingles (COLOR PEPPER CORN). Driveway side will get new soffits. 70' of new fascia.
