ROOFING

Remove existing roofing from the house. Remove and replace all of the roof sheathing. Install new drip edge, Ice and water shield 6' up all the eaves/valleys/penetrations/critical areas, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, roof boots, ridge vent, starter/cap/ridge shingles and OC Duration shingles (COLOR ONYX BLACK). OC base and cap rolled roofing on the flat/low slope areas.
