**7/4/26 STORM DAMAGE**- Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield over entire roof, flashing, open ridge and install venting system, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and OC Duration shingles (COLOR ESTATE GRAY). 2 ply rolled roofing base and cap sheet on low sloped roof areas.
