ROOFING

Partial roof replacement limited to the north facing (street facing) side of the dwelling. Remove existing roofing. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield on the lower eaves (30' minimum from the exterior wall), synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashings, fascia, starter/cap shingles and architectural shingles (COLOR TBD).
