ROOFING

Remove existing roof. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' on all eaves/valleys/penetrations, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashings, ridge vent, starter/cap/hip/ridge shingles and GAF HDZ Timberline shingles (COLOR TBD). Old gutters will be removed and new gutters will be installed.
