ROOFING

Remove existing roofing. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Remove existing skylight and replace with new Velux. Install new drip edge, flashing, ice and water shield on lower 6' of all eaves/valleys/critical areas, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, ridge vent, starter/cap shingles and GAF shingles (COLOR BARKWOOD).
