DECK

Replace finish materials on both front and rear open decks. Remove 2' X 6' decking, existing railings and stair stingers. Add floor joists, solid bridging, blocking, plate girder, new stringers, new ledger, Simpson ties/hardware and new concrete. Install new Trex decking, PVC trim and railing system.
