From the filingRemove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new fascia, drip edge, ice and water shield on all eaves & rakes (30" from exterior wall min.) lower slope roof will be all ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, flashing, roof vents and new shingles.
