Construct a new 16' X 16' deck with a Hot Spring 735L hot tub and screened-in room with a roof on top of it. This deck will be directly next to an existing deck on the rear of the house. ***AMENDED 6/22/26*** Deck will now have a wood Pergola instead of a roof. Pergola kit specs supplied by owners.
