ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield (min. 30" from exterior wall), in valleys & penetrations, synthetic underlayment on the remainder, flashing, starter shingles and OC Duration shingles. SBS modified bitumen on all flat roof surfaces.
