ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Remove and replace existing skylight with new Velux fixed skylight. Install new drip edge, ice and water shield 6' up on the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlay on the remainder of the roof, starter shingles, vent pipe/chimney flashing, venting system, cap/hip/ridge shingles and OC Duration shingles.
