ROOFING

Remove existing roofing down to the decking. Replace any damaged sheathing if needed. Install new drip edge, pipe boots, flashing, ice and water shield 6' from the bottom/3' in the valleys/all penetrations, synthetic underlayment on the remainder of the roof, ridge vent, starter shingles, cap/hip/ridge shingles and GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles.
