From the filingFOUNDATION- Brace existing foundation wall. Remove approximately (30) C M U blocks from damaged wall section and replace with new blocks. Remove existing sidewalk and replace with new. Fill in old mechanic bay in the garage floor and pour new concrete. Install approximately 30' of exterior drainage pipe.
