NEW ROOFING- Remove existing roofing down to the sheathing. Replace any damaged sheathing needed. Install new drip edge, chimney flashing, ice and water shield on the lower 6'/valleys/around critical areas, synthetic underlay on the remainder, starter/cap/ridge/hip shingles and O C Duration asphalt shingles (COLOR ONYX BLACK).
