Repair - exterior; Repair of roof of "widow's walk" and repair of soffit and hips and other trim work necessary that has been damaged; (proposed work because of being in the Historic Overlay District was referred and received preliminary review by the Planning Board and ZEO, and upon review of the situation the Board deemed it not necessary for further formal review and the work can proceed under the oversight of the Building Inspector and ZEO/CEO);
