Front Porch - Repair / rehab; Repair of existing front porch; if possible square spindles to be reused/recreated/or re-made to continue the style of the porch while using best practices to bring the front porch to current building code standards with the spacing of the spindles and railings; (photos are attached to permit app depicting areas with greatest rot and deuteriation);(Application underwent preliminary review by Planning Board and so long as it is repaired with like in-kind materials and design then it can be continue under the direction and oversight of the Building Dept and ZEO);
