Construction of a lean-to off side of existing single family home per plans submitted dated 10/22/2025. 5/22/2026 - slab/footings inspection completed (pictures on file) 6/12/2026 - framing inspection completed (items to be remedied) 6/24/2026 - Items remedied per 6/12 inspection (pictures on file) 7/10/2026 - inspection completed - items remedied and approved to paint and caulk (pictures on file) Final inspection completed on 7/31/2026. All items remedied. Satisfactory as completed.
