Construction of new 5053 Sq/Ft. parking lot per parking lot with 11 standard and 2 ADA parking spaces per Parking Improvement plans submitted dated 9/10/2025 prepared by Praetorius & Conrad. Final inspection completed on 1/15/2025. Report on file. Work completed as satisfactory. Buffer is in place per plans submitted and must be maintained by property owner. Should any buffer plantings die property owner will need to replace.
