Tree Clearing and Grading

Proposed removal of four (4) trees exceeding nine inches (9") in caliper located within the southern side yard of the property, including two (2) Norwegian Maple trees (24" DBH and 26" DBH) located on either side of the existing shed, and one (1) Norwegian Maple tree (14" DBH) and one (1) Black Walnut tree (20" DBH) located adjacent to the residence. The two Norwegian Maples flanking the shed have been identified as structurally compromised, and the remaining two trees have an increased likelihood of failure due to the subsequent environmental change, as documented in the arborist letter prepared by Jim Dublar, ISA Certified Arborist, received December 26, 2025
