Tree Clearing and Grading

Proposed removal of three (3) trees exceeding nine inches (9") in caliper located within the front (southern) yard of the property, consisting of three (3) diseased Bradford Pear trees with documented structural deficiencies and increased likelihood of failure, as noted in the arborist correspondence prepared by David Jenkins, NYS Arborist #0545A, of Sunburst Tree Experts, dated January 6, 2026.
