Tree Clearing and Grading

Proposed removal of two (2) trees exceeding nine inches (9") in caliper: one (1) large hemlock tree located on the eastern side of the existing residential driveway and one (1) large maple tree located at the rear (northern) portion of the property. Both trees are situated between existing historic retaining walls and have been identified as dead, dying, or diseased, per the arborist letter prepared by Jose O. Quinteros on behalf of Amaya Tree Service Corp., received December 12, 2025.
