Oil to Gas conversion and new gas boiler (Navien NCB-240 / 199,000 BTU) Prior to Issuance of Certificate of Compliance: 1. Submit final electrical underwriters certificate. 2. Submit Gas Line Supply Certification that includes a pressure test. 3. Submit plumbers certification that all plumbing complies with NYS codes and that new National Grid meter is of sufficient size for all gas appliances on the site along with its BTU size. 4. Call for final inspection by Village Building Inspection (have boiler installation instructions onsite)
