Fire damage repair to include direct replacement in area of fire damage. Area of fire damage includes approximately 60% of roof structure, 30% of second floor and additional structural members as needed due to fire damages and per approved plans. Complete rehabilitation of existing finishes throughout including new direct replacement windows, electric and plumbing. Demolition of existing structure to the north to include breezeway. Retaining walls replacement must be under separate permit and will need Planning Board approval. If retaining walls to be replaced, they must be moved out of the Village right of way.
