Renovation - Residential

After the Fact- As per prior home owner Paul Richardson -a renovation had taken place that did not have proper authorization. A 4th bedroom was added which is not allowable without updating and increasing the size of the septic system. The Kitchen and bathroom were completely redone and 1 full bathroom was also added. Present home owner Colin Miller is removing 1 bedroom and legalizing all other changes that were made. *Letters from Health Dept can be found in Media Waiting on Floor plan
