Remove oil boiler, install new oil boiler and electric water heater to be wired by other Plumbing/HVAC Permit ** Notes** * must install a expansion tank and mixing valve on the water heaters All work must be done according to submitted and approved plans. All work must be done by licensed and insured contractors. Any/All Fixtures/Appliances Must be Installed as per Manufactures Specifications. Any/All Fixtures/Appliances Shall Meet City and State Codes. Any and all construction debris must be removed appropriately. Separate electrical permit may be needed. A rough inspection of work may be required. A final Inspection will be required. ****CALL FOR INSPECTIONS****
