Tree Removal

Removal of (1) Norway Maple Tree and (1) Sugar Maple Tree, No Replacement as per Submitted Plans and Documents. ****NOTES**** All work must be done according to submitted and approved plans. All work must be done by licensed and insured contractors. All work sites must be secured at all times with proper barriers, cones, fencing, signs, flag persons to protect pedestrians, roads, sidewalks, and not to obstruct the flow of traffic (If necessary) Installation of Construction Fencing To Protect Site (If necessary) Installation of Silt Fencing and Hay To Prevent Runoff of Dirt, Debris, and Storm water (If necessary) Installation of Tracking Pad To Prevent Dirt and Debris on Public Roads (If necessary) Any digging or excavating must have mark outs and Call 811 must be done Any and all debris must be removed appropriately. If new plantings take place must be re-inspected one year from date of planting. ****Call for Inspections****
