Installation of (1) Facade Sign (Dazzly Beauty & Nails Salon) as per Submitted Plans and Documents. NOTES: All work must adhere to submitted and approved plans. All work must be done by licensed contractors. All work sites must be secured at all times with proper barriers, cones, fencing, signs, flag persons to protect pedestrians, roads, sidewalks, and not to obstruct the flow of traffic. Any and all construction debris must be removed appropriately Final Inspection is required. ****CALL FOR INSPECTIONS****
