Complete Roof Replacement. Including Removal of Two Shingle Layers, New GAF Roofing, Chimney Repairs, Soffit and Fascia Work, New Gutters and Downspouts. All work must conform to 2025 NYS Building Code Licensed personnel must perform all work under this permit (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC as applicable). Plywood replacement must meet or exceed NYS code compliant size and specs All debris shall be properly removed from the site. Any structural framing must be reviewed by a licensed architect. A separate permit is required before any structural work may begin. Work hours must comply with city regulations; no work may be performed outside approved city hours (see city code for details). No torch-down roofing is allowed without first submitting the required insurance documentation and contacting the fire department prior to use.
