One entry door with storm door and one bay window removal/ replacement in kind, no sizing or structural changes to the existing opening. Licensed personnel must perform all work under this permit (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC as applicable). All debris shall be properly removed from the site. Any structural framing must be reviewed by a licensed architect. A separate permit is required before any structural work may begin. Work hours must comply with city regulations; no work may be performed outside approved city hours (see city code for details).
