AST Removal / Install

Removal of 91) 275 Gallon AST and Installation of (1) 275 Gallon AST in Basement as per Submitted Plans and Documents. UST/AST Removal NOTES: All work must adhere to submitted and approved plans and adhere to Section 5704 of the NYSFC All work must be done by licensed contractors. Any digging or excavating must have mark outs and Call 811 must be done. Tank Removal/Abandonment/Install, Must Be Witnessed by a City Inspector All exterior above-grade fill piping shall be permanently removed when tanks are abandoned or removed Any and all construction debris must be removed appropriately Proper tank disposal and/or Soil Sample Report documentation must be submitted prior to issuance of certificate of compliance. Final Inspection is required. ****CALL FOR INSPECTIONS****
