Environmental remedial investigation including soil borings, monitor wells, test pits, soil vapor and air sampling. *Building permit, stamped approved plans and specifications, shall be kept together on the premises. Permits and stamped approved plans must be located and visible through a street side window. Approved plans shall be available for building department use only throughout the progress of work. *May be further notes on drawings *Must adhere to approved drawings only *Licensed personnel under separate permit (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) *Call 811 before starting any drilling operations to mark all underground utilities. *Erosion and Sediment Control inspection is required prior to the start of drilling activities. The contractor shall install and maintain silt fencing, straw wattles, or catch basin protection around the drilling zone. *Any borehole that is abandoned or not utilized must be completely backfilled and sealed from bottom to top with an approved grout mixture. *CALL FOR ALL INSPECTIONS 914-734-4134*
