First Floor New Pantry in Kitchen as per Submitted Plans and Documents. *Contractors to be licensed (electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) *May be further notes on drawings *Must adhere to approved drawings only *All Windows located in bathrooms shall have tempered glass or have safety glazing *If any work is being done in bedrooms there must have a min of 1 egress window installed *All smoke/carbon detectors to be hardwired interconnected *Bathroom exhaust fans must be vented to the exterior of home *Kitchen exhaust above range/cooktop shall be vented to exterior (as per manufactures specs) *All debris shall be removed properly *Separate Plumbing Permit is Required *Separate Electrical Permit is Required. **CALL FOR ALL INSPECTIONS**
