Install of mini split in kitchen area Plumbing/HVAC Permit ** Notes** All work must be done according to submitted and approved plans. All work must be done by licensed and insured contractors. Any/All Fixtures/Appliances Must be Installed as per Manufactures Specifications. Any/All Fixtures/Appliances Shall Meet City and State Codes. Any and all construction debris must be removed appropriately. Separate electrical permit may be needed. A rough inspection of work may be required. A final Inspection will be required. ****CALL FOR INSPECTIONS****
