Driveway replacement as per approved plans *Building permit, stamped approved plans and specifications, shall be kept together on the premises. Permits and stamped approved plans must be located and visible through a street side window. Approved plans shall be available for building department use only throughout the progress of work. *May be further notes on drawings *Must adhere to approved drawings only *All debris shall be removed properly *Licensed personnel under separate permit (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) *All work to be done by a licensed and insured contractor. *Driveway shall be no wider than 10 feet wide. *This permit is approved for asphalt material only. * Surface or subsurface water shall not be directed to adjacent parcels for all driveways and/or parking areas. *CALL FOR ALL INSPECTIONS 914-734-4134*
